SLED charges 3 in Allendale County violent dispute, arson attempt

ALLENDALE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) — State agents have charged three people in Allendale County after what investigators describe as a violent dispute and an arson attempt.The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said Tuesday the Allendale County Sheriff’s Office asked for help, and SLED agents obtained arrest warrants on Oct. 30 for:Rodney Cornelius Manuel, 52 – assault and battery, third degree.Tramaine Laconia Cohen, 49 – domestic violence, third degree.Thomas Lee Cohen III, 47 – Attempted arson and assault and battery, third degree.All three were booked into the Allendale County Detention Center.
